With this app, you can easily keep track of your Vitality Points, record your workouts using GPS, submit proof of completed activities such as a 5K run, sync data from Apple's Health app, stay updated with a daily Newsfeed, and check in on your goals.

Please note that while the application is available for download to everyone, only Vitality members who have registered on the Power of Vitality website can log in to the Vitality Today mobile app. You will use your Power of Vitality login credentials to access this app.

Additionally, the Vitality Today app features compatibility with Apple Watch, enhancing its functionality for users.
